Vista -> WPA Connectivity Help!

I have tried many suggested fixes, but nothing has worked thus far!
Fixes attempted: Driver uninstall, reinstall; bios flash; base engine filtering; auto tuning; hkey registry fix
Machine is a Toshiba Satellite A215 running Vista Home Premium. Router is WPA TPIK encrypted.

The problem is the BROADCAST flag in DHCP discovery packets different in Vista vs. XP SP2.
And for me the solution was to set the following registry entry as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{GUID}
Value name: DhcpConnForceBroadcastFlag
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 0
After that, please manually remove the Wi-Fi card from the computer and restart.
